India-based EID Parry Ltd has acquired a 48% stake in US Nutraceuticals, Eustis, FL, which conducts business in the nutraceutical market under the name Valensa International. EID Parry, a manufacturer and exporter of certified organic spirulina and carotenoids, will manage the company jointly with the existing professionals. EID Parry is also in the process of setting up a Life Sciences Division for developing novel formulations to address various lifestyle diseases.
